the HiGHV Collective (tHC) is a group of wellness-wielding, humanity-loving change makers on a mission to support the health and wellness goals of the Louisville community. From bodyworkers, energy healers, intuitives, and life coaches to death doulas, personal trainers, and private investigators, we have some life-elevating services to share with you.

When the HiGHV's founder realized that her reach was limited to her singularity as a sole practitioner, introvert, and the time-cramped schedule, her spirit nudged her in the direction of expansion. ABBY REAMS | LMT, PTA
Abby is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant. Helping people improve pain, increase mobility or simply take a moment to relax and care for themselves drives her dedication to this work. She is committed to working collaboratively with her clients, and utilizing her years of experience in patient care and multi-specialty massage and bodywork techniques, to create dynamic treatments that work toward achieving overall well-being.
ADRIENA )Z( DAME | MFA, LMT
Adriena is a witchy intuitive, writer/author, death doula, and multi-specialty healing arts practitioner (HighVibe Living) offering a dynamic spectrum of life-elevating holistic therapies that address stress, strain, and pain. Her approach to client care is whole-person-centered and trauma-informed. Additionally, Adriena has over 20 years of combined experience as an educator of diverse subjects, with a current emphasis on health, wellness and the healing arts (HighVibe Healing Arts Academy). A former educator at Spalding University, Indiana University Southeast, Ivy Tech Community College, Jefferson Community and Technical Colleges, and Jefferson County Public Schools, Adriena believes in the power of education. Adriena operates from an energy field of loving kindness in the treatment room and in the classroom.
JENNIFER KRAEMER-STRAUB | Mdiv
Grounded in body wisdom practices, Jen has worked the last 25 years in community based non-profit, healthcare & hospice settings. Through the lens of spiritual accompaniment Jen seeks to create ‘safe places where the soul can show up’; through one on deep listening, authentic movement and or walk/talk sessions.
JULIA MACK | PI
Julia is a licensed private investigator and founder of Phoenix Rising Investigations. Her services are inspired by the spirit of the Phoenix--helping her clients rise above the challenges of the unknown and guiding them into the clarifying information they need to make peace with the truth that she is able to reveal through dynamic investigative methodologies. From finding long lost family members to addressing business-related mysteries, she is here to support her clients through the process of discovery.
TINA ABUNDIS | MSSW, LMT
Tina was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where she attended Spalding University for her undergraduate studies, and the University of Louisville for her graduate studies in Social Work. She went on to become a licensed massage therapist, and to study at MLD Institute International (manual lymphatic drainage therapy) and the Upledger Institute (caniosacral therapy). Tina is also trained in muscle therapy and trauma-informed care, and enjoys assisting people with reaching their health goals and live their best lives. She has extensive experience in injury work and pre and post operative care, and happily provides services in-office, in-home, and at community events. Her therapeutic work includes myofascial release, deep tissue work, cupping, scar care, craniosacral therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage.
