Karma Kare is our way of giving to those in need. While the need can be financial, it can also be financial, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We give to those doing great work in the community. To the overworked, underpaid, stressed, distressed, and out of fuel. To the big-hearted, stretched too thin, discouraged, touch-deprived, doers, shakers, and makers who put everyone else's needs before their own. To those who need reminding that they are important, worthy, and loved. And that the power of love is real, healing is accessible, and we are all in this magnificent world of beauty and chaos together.

Selecting Karma Kare recipients involves a process of responding to a knowing that is bigger than this non-profit and its intentions good intentions. It's bigger than intellect and social constructs. Just plain bigger.
